Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsible Gaming Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe environment for our customers, protecting those who show signs and behaviors of problem gambling across all markets and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible Gaming
    • Provide regular updates on licence impacting issues or concerns, both present and potential
    • Manage the performance of Player Protection Officers and Player Protection Specialists to maintain and improve standards
    • Oversee the Customer Review Team to ensure they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Design and deliver solutions to improve cost-effective compliance across all markets
    • Communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders, including colleagues, VIP managers, Risk team, AML team, and customer relations
  • General Compliance
    • Provide additional support to the Head of Compliance and team as required
    • Participate in ad hoc and project work, including remediation projects and process changes
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as RMS and JIRA
  • Language Proficiency
    • English language proficiency, with the ability to speak with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations
Requirements
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in responsible gaming compliance or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Language proficiency in English
