About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth and evolution of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Support store operations, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a visually appealing store
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
