About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our UK Commercial Lines insurance pricing team at Aviva. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical and market pricing for Commercial SME products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize workload to achieve business objectives
  • Lead others with a focus on people development and building capability
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage effective relationships
  • Analyze and solve complex problems using strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve profitable growth and deliver for customers

What We Offer:

  • Salary circa £75,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in
