Accounts Payable Assistant

Join Black Fox Solutions as an Accounts Payable Assistant and work with a world-class company in Portadown. This role will focus on Accounts Payable and provide an opportunity to work with the finance and administration team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and review employee expense claims
  • Analyze financial information, such as transport cost analysis
  • Prepare the monthly payment run and resolve AP queries
  • Provide administration support and assist with government returns and statistical returns
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English grade C or above
  • Experience working with an ERP System
  • 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
