Join Eximius Finance as a Vice President of Finance and Accounting

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance and Accounting to join our team at Eximius Finance. As a key member of our International Finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, including financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly financial statements, quarterly filings, and other regulatory reports.
  2. Deliver all aspects of the monthly close, including general ledger account variance analysis and working closely with both the International and US finance teams.
  3. Work directly with the Head of International Finance and Global Finance Controller on strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects.
  4. Assist with reporting and disclosure requirements under US GAAP for quarterly and annual SEC reporting.
  5. Monthly management reporting, including Board and operating committee deck preparation, cash flows analysis, and expense analysis.
  6. Manage, mentor, and support the Finance team in the performance of their respective responsibilities.

You will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience in a managerial capacity within Financial Services, ideally Investment Banking or Asset Management, with the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
