Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome customers, manage the registration process, and maintain accurate records of attendance.
- Pool Operations: Assist with the setup and breakdown of pool equipment, ensure the pool area is clean and safe, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our teaching staff to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and their families.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials for new customers, maintaining records, and performing other duties as required.
Requirements:
