About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team at Just IT. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote assistance to clients, resolving technical issues and providing proactive advice.
  • Complete regular scheduled visits and tasks, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
  • Assist in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems.
  • Support technical leads in new application and cloud-hosted projects, as well as the migration of existing client infrastructure.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with one to two years of experience in a support role, with a proven track record of supporting Microsoft 365 applications and technologies. You will have worked in a client-facing capacity within a professional services firm and understand the challenges associated with such environments.

You will be able to manage your own workload and time efficiently, supporting the Head of IT and technical leads within the team. Essential skills and personal qualities include:

  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Microsoft 365 Suite - Exchange Online, Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
  • Mobile Device Management (Intune)
  • Configuration of hardware and deployment of equipment
  • Basic networking and communications (LAN/WAN)
