To progress to the interview stage, you will need to participate in a 10-week government-funded training program delivered by Just IT, which will be conducted remotely.

This training program will provide you with the necessary experience and skills to excel in your chosen role.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing a single point of contact for internal colleagues reporting IT-related incidents
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues at first level to minimize downtime for colleagues
  • Obtaining technical information and business impact to enable support teams to resolve incidents effectively
