Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bidford-on-Avon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Encourage and facilitate individuals to make their own decisions and choices about their lives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and sleepovers.
  • Use of a vehicle is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Enhanced Adult DBS required.
