Prime Personnel is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its treasury operations and customer services team in the retail banking division.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of professionals responsible for processing treasury settlements, SWIFT payments, and retail banking transactions
  • Authorizing SWIFT payments and treasury settlements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing cashiers and ensuring timely delivery of customer services, including VISA and Debit Card services
  • Supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) in handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and private banking clients
  • Reviewing and improving processes and procedures to mitigate operational risk

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive experience in treasury back office operations, including SWIFT payments and retail banking
  • Proven staff management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Able to work well under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and possess good problem-solving skills
