Job Title: Head of Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our European treasury operations. As the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cash management strategies to optimize returns and protect cash assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of cash management strategies to optimize returns and protect cash assets.
  • Work closely with the global treasury team and EU finance team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Coordinate foreign exchange risk management, cash management, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Direct capital project finance efforts and maintain robust internal controls for the treasury function.
  • Lead the treasury budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
  • Act as the main liaison with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of treasury actual data.
  • Challenge processes and identify opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on knowledge of cash pool implementation and management.
  • Planning and forecasting expertise, including cash and foreign exchange forecasting.
  • Expertise in the use of MS Office, especially Excel (database functionality, pivot tables, conditionality).
  • Extensive knowledge of international cash and risk management, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Familiarity with treasury operations and accounting principles.
  • Accounting qualification an asset.
  • ERP and TMS implementation experience a plus.
