As a key member of our Treasury function, you will play a vital role in managing interest rate risk, working closely with colleagues across Treasury disciplines and the wider business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance our ALM system for interest rate risk, liquidity management, and stress testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and management of our interest rate risk framework, including the ALM system.
- Contribute to the production of papers and management information for the Asset and Liability Committee, Board Risk Committee, and Board.
- Ensure effective data management and Excel skills are applied to support Treasury operations.
- Experience in liquidity and/or interest rate risk within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
