Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote recovery and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement DBT-informed groups and interventions to support individuals with severe emotional dysregulation and complex trauma.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements- Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology.
- Significant post-qualification experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients with complex difficulties.
- Experience of working in adult secondary or tertiary mental health services.
- Knowledge of DBT and other evidence-based psychological therapies.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and build relationships with individuals with mental health needs.
