Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software for embedded systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded software development, with experience in Linux on X86 architecture and programming in C/C++. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle development of embedded software, from requirements definition to product delivery, including documentation, design reviews, test/integration, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software for embedded systems, including device drivers, human machine interface (HMI) development/configuration, and video stream processing/manipulation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, meeting demanding technical and commercial requirements.
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including design reviews, test/integration, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with the software team to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve software development processes and products.
