Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic nurse to provide outstanding customer support, demonstrate problem-solving abilities, and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.

As part of a specialized team, the nurse will oversee medical requirements and care strategies for government personnel and their families stationed abroad, adhering to established healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting pre-departure health evaluations
  • Administering travel immunizations
  • Providing medical guidance and collaborating with in-house physicians
  • Managing cases from initial consultation through to discharge
  • Creating care plans that take into account local resources and expenses
  • Facilitating support for medical repatriation or evacuation
  • Assessing needs based on medical conditions, available facilities, and guidelines
  • Reviewing and executing medical documentation
  • Coordinating referrals and scheduling appointments

This position is office-based and does not require night shifts.

Qualifications:
  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and a minimum of three years of experience
  • Experience in primary care, travel health, or military nursing is advantageous
  • Strong assessment and management capabilities
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Proactive and compassionate demeanor
  • Familiarity with travel health or government services is a plus
