About the Role

As an Accommodation Office Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of accommodation office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation facilities. This is a full-time permanent position, working a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of accommodation office staff to deliver excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our accommodation facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including staff rotas and accommodation bookings.
  • Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to improve the accommodation service.
