Project Manager

Prime Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and sales process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of improved internal processes across sales and operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Manage the ongoing optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the sales and operations teams.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and gather input for continuous process improvements.
  • Define a strategic roadmap for improving business processes and systems, with measurable milestones that lead to better sales processes, enhanced customer service, and streamlined operations.
  • Work closely with external suppliers and vendors on various projects, ensuring all suppliers are correctly briefed, operate within agreed budgets, and adhere to set timelines.
  • Take ownership of project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drive the cultural and operational change necessary for successful process improvements, providing leadership and coaching to teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and practices.
  • Use data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy and leadership responsibility, shaping the future of our internal systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an engineering or technology company.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring they deliver on time, within budget, and to project specifications.
  • Hands-on experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) with a solid understanding of sales and customer service workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a senior level, influencing key decision-makers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term plans that align with company goals, particularly around process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver complex projects on time, and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of business process automation, data management, and customer service systems.
  • Strong change management skills with the ability to lead teams through business transformation, delivering sustainable improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, using data to drive continuous improvements.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working with autonomy to achieve business goals.
