Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Furza. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Generate high-quality leads through proactive prospecting and research
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and prospects
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities
- Proactively seek out new prospect opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Cold calling, mailing, and networking to expand our client base
As a Sales Development Representative at Furza, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment and training provider, placing top talent in elite roles across the UK. You will be provided with a comprehensive training program, including our three-month Furza Sales Academy, to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
