About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Furza. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective clients, maintaining current relationships, and nurturing leads to drive growth within our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear understanding of our company's value proposition and solutions
  • Identify, research, target, and qualify potential new clients and key contacts
  • Proactively reach out to multiple decision-makers through an omni-channel approach to promote, educate, and recommend our solutions
  • Identify clients' needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, and articulate how our solutions can add value
  • Work closely with the senior sales team to create new business opportunities and drive the sales cycle
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets
  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your customers to drive new business opportunities
