Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBT Therapist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. As a High Intensity Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and progressive service, delivering high-quality care to patients in Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with other services and service user groups to refine and improve our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective, evidence-based interventions to individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Work collaboratively with other services and service user groups to refine and improve our service
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service
Requirements
  • Qualification from High Intensity IAPT Course (Post Graduate Diploma in CBT) or equivalent
  • Significant experience working as a psychological therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences as required
  • Full range of skills and competences as laid out in the competence framework for CBT (Roth and Pilling 2007)
  • Computer literate
  • Has received training (either formal or through experience) and carried out risk assessments within scope of practice
