About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Staffpower Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues, ADHD, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support vulnerable children and young people in residential settings, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs and preferences of each service user are met.
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
