About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Beauty Advisors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our No7 beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, using your knowledge of skincare and makeup products to recommend the best solutions for their needs.
  • Meet sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and promoting in-store offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with your store team to create a positive and supportive working environment, sharing knowledge and tips to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to achieving team performance goals by meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Represent the No7 brand with pride, helping customers find the best products for their individual needs.
