Employee Relations Advisor Part Time

In this exciting opportunity, you will join the Employee Relations Team within HR Operations at Boots, a leading pharmacy-led, health and beauty retailer. As an Employee Relations Advisor Part Time, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to line managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide immediate advice on employment legislation and employee relations issues to line managers.
- Handle a range of cases, from disciplinary and grievance matters to performance and capability issues.
- Coach managers to make informed decisions and develop their capability.
- Offer face-to-face advice to Support Office managers and respond to email requests for information or guidance.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction targets by providing professional, friendly, and expert advice.
- Experience working in a similar or more generalist role, with a practical application of up-to-date employment law knowledge.
- Ability to give accurate, commercially focused, and complex advice to help line managers make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to get to the heart of the issue quickly.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to balance coaching and persuasion in every call.
