Service Delivery Business Manager

About the RoleThe Service Delivery Business Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the area business function, including business planning, performance management, risk management, financial and contract management, business improvement, audit, assurance and governance support.
As an integral member of the Area Level Service Delivery Team, you will manage the Administrative Support function within the Area Commands across multi-disciplinary teams in a number of geographical locations within the Area Command.
You will also fulfill an internal and external business partnering role, providing linkage to HQ Directorates, territorial Area Commands, the Learning Development Centre (LDC) and build and maintain working relationships with external partners at senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the area business function, including business planning, performance management, risk management, financial and contract management, business improvement, audit, assurance and governance support.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations and management.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You will also have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement business improvements.
