Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing sustainable solutions for water and energy storage.
They provide expert environmental solutions for high-performance buildings and infrastructure, including water management, fuel and agricultural storage, hot water cylinders, service and telemetry.
This role includes overseeing stock control and replacement for both internal and external engineers, as directed by the Engineer Manager and Service Business.
Analyse service delivery processes, route management, and engineering activities to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
Support engineer management by providing daily and weekly reports to monitor scheduling performance.
Improve customer service feedback from the scheduling NPS survey and implement actions or recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Provide weekly updates on scheduling performance to the Engineer Manager.
Advise management on areas for improvement to boost productivity.
Report any engineering or subcontractor issues to the Engineer Manager.
Participate in projects to drive continuous improvement within the service department.
Maintain health, safety, environmental, quality, and product compliance as integral parts of the business.
Previous experience in a logistics or scheduling role.
Proficiency in LN or similar scheduling software.
Strong planning skills and IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Desirable Skills: Supervisory experience with a proven track record in delivering performance results under pressure.
