About the Role

EPUT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team as a Principal Psychologist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to lead and develop our service, working closely with a vibrant team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of psychologists and contribute to the development of a trauma-informed and responsive service.
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for adults with learning disabilities.
  • Work closely with community and inpatient teams to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of practice, ensuring national targets and standards are achieved.
  • Champion improvement through effective change management and leadership.

Requirements
  • Doctoral level training in clinical psychology or Counselling Psychology.
