Purple Dot Digital Limited is seeking a talented and experienced AI Developer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team.

We are dedicated to developing innovative marketplace mobile and web applications, and we're looking for an individual who can contribute to our cutting-edge AI solutions.

Your Role:

  • Model Development & Fine-Tuning: You will be responsible for retraining and fine-tuning existing LLMs (such as GPT, BERT, or Hugging Face models) using proprietary datasets. Your expertise will ensure these models meet our specific business requirements and deliver exceptional performance.
  • Data Integration & Management: Collaborate closely with data engineers and data scientists to curate, preprocess, and integrate company-specific data into LLMs. This will involve ensuring data quality and consistency for optimal model training.
  • Model Evaluation & Optimization: Design and execute experiments to rigorously evaluate model performance, accuracy, and scalability. Utilize relevant metrics to measure success and implement optimization techniques to enhance efficiency, reduce latency, and improve model scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align AI solutions with business goals. Your contributions will bridge the gap between technical expertise and strategic objectives.
  • Deployment & Maintenance: Assist in deploying LLMs into production environments, ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions. This includes monitoring model performance and implementing necessary updates or adjustments.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
  • Experience in retraining and fine-tuning LLMs using large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model training and deployment.
  • Expertise in data preprocessing, augmentation, and management of large datasets for training purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specialized AI domains such as conversational AI, sentiment analysis, or recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of model interpretability techniques and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
  • Experience with API development and integration for deploying AI services.
