Customer Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Gem Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B clients and B2C online customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders, returns, and credits using various systems and databases, including MS Excel, bespoke ERP, and MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Monitor daily reports and clear exceptions.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to resolve delivery and stock issues.
  • Seasonal campaign handling and customer service support to Dealers via telephone and email.
  • General admin duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of admin experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, and CRM/ordering/database software.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • A Business Admin qualification is desirable.
