Financial Administrator - Maidstone

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to support our clients SJP Practice in Kings Hill, Maidstone. This role will involve collaborating with Financial Advisers on administrative tasks, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chasing financial institutions for requested information.
  • Telephone liaison with Administration Centres and Paraplanners.
  • Drafting and proof-reading documents, including client correspondence, presentations, and illustrations.
  • Creating and updating client records and databases with financial and personal data.
  • Maintaining and accurately updating the CRM to effectively manage business workflow.
  • Deciphering policy information and inputting into the company CRM.
  • Onboarding new clients to our company CRM.
  • Completing illustrations and applications for new business.
  • Conducting audits to ensure all documents are in place.
  • Maintaining accurate computer records.

Full training will be provided, and there is an opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation Framework.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a Financial Planning role.
  2. Flexibility and adaptability.
  3. Excellent written English, numerate, and analytical skills.
  4. Able to work additional hours when required.
