Role Overview

As a Lead Financial Administrator, you will leverage your strong technical expertise and proactive mindset to enhance revenue collection and minimize outstanding debts owed to the authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with individuals we support, addressing a diverse array of complex inquiries in a courteous, diplomatic, and supportive manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries directed to the Financial Assessment & Income Unit, managing high volumes of public interactions with sensitivity and a customer-centric approach.
  • Oversee the processing, maintenance, and monitoring of financial documentation.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a minimum of GCSE level 4 in English and Mathematics or an equivalent qualification. A confident telephone demeanor is essential.

Work Environment

Hybrid working arrangements are available following the completion of the initial training period.
