Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at Asda Express. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our Petrol Forecourts, providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our customers receive a high level of service and support at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
  • Assist with merchandising and restocking shelves to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work night shifts (22.00pm – 06.00am).
  • No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to upskill you.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving sales targets.
