We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our growing payroll team in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the running of payroll for approximately 4,000 employees on both weekly and monthly pay cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering end-to-end payroll for 4,000 employees across weekly and monthly pay schedules
- Processing statutory deductions, including tax and National Insurance
- Resolving payroll-related queries from employees
- Maintaining accurate payroll data in compliance with current legislation
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure data integrity
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting to HMRC
- Supporting year-end processes such as P60 distribution
- An understanding of BIK (Benefit-in-kind) for future changes
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll administration with knowledge of full payroll processes
- Familiarity with payroll legislation and tax regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
