Join Our Team as a Senior Mechanical Technician

We are excited to offer a permanent position for a skilled mechanical technician to become part of a leading manufacturer specializing in sustainable pulp packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive maintenance service across the facility, encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fabrication tasks.
  • Execute both reactive and proactive maintenance strategies to ensure all machinery operates at peak efficiency.
  • Implement modifications and installations as necessary, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for various projects, while consistently seeking opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems to optimize reliability and ease of maintenance.
  • Perform manual handling tasks as required, utilizing the tools and equipment provided effectively.
  • Demonstrate experience in planned preventive and reactive maintenance for heavy machinery.
  • Exhibit knowledge of safe working practices related to electrical and mechanical building services.
  • Engage in fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and maintenance of general building fabric.
  • Be a positive team player with the capability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Maintain a confident and adaptable approach to work, ready to respond to various challenges.
  • PLC programming experience is a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday
