About the Role

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in placing top talent in the Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property, and Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the drinks and FMCG industry.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets, driving success and growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the drinks or FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Valid driver's license, with a strong ability to travel as needed.
