Deine Rolle

Als Community Support Specialist bist du der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bietest ihnen technischen Support, Fehlersuche und Problemlösung. Du bist Teil unseres agilen Entwicklungsteams und arbeitest eng mit den Lieferteams zusammen, um Systemfehler zu untersuchen und zu beheben.


Deine Aufgaben

  1. Technischer Support

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du unseren Kunden prompten und effektiven technischen Support über verschiedene Kanäle anbietest. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und musst ihre Anfragen schnell und effektiv bearbeiten.

Produktkenntnisse

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du ein tiefes Verständnis der Thinkproject-Produkte und ihrer Funktionen hast, um den Anwendern Unterstützung und Anleitung auf Expertenebene zu bieten.

Problemlösung

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du Kundenanfragen, technische Probleme und komplexe Probleme bei Bedarf an höhere Support-Ebenen weiterleitest.

Zusammenarbeit

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du eng mit den Lieferteams zusammenarbeitest, um gemeldete Systemfehler zu untersuchen und zu beheben und so einen reibungslosen Ablauf für die Benutzer zu gewährleisten.

Materialien

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du umfassende Hilfe- und Supportmaterialien erstellst und pflegst, einschließlich Wikis, Wissensdatenbanken und Benutzerhandbüchern nach den Grundsätzen des Content Managers.

Schulungen

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du Schulungen für Benutzer in Form von Webinaren durchführst, um sicherzustellen, dass die Benutzer über die erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten verfügen, um die Produkte effektiv zu nutzen.

Kommunikation

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du als Bindeglied zwischen dem Support-Team und anderen Abteilungen fungierst und für eine nahtlose Kommunikation und eine effiziente Problemlösung sorgst.

Verbesserung

Wir erwarten von dir, dass du zu Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung beiträgst, indem du Feedback und Erkenntnisse auf der Grundlage von Kundeninteraktionen bereitstellst.
