Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Resource Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with product returns and analyzing reasons for returns
  • Booking in of returns and undertaking testing and quality checks to identify faulty products
  • Writing reports on tests and quality checks undertaken
  • Capturing information on faulty products and liaising with internal departments to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaising with warehouse locations to undertake spot checks on products before sending them to customers
  • Reviewing online product reviews to provide feedback to internal departments
  • Undertaking testing and quality checking of new product samples and writing inspection reports

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience with experience of using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
  • Ability to analyze data to produce accurate reports
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
