Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. As a Pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for crafting our signature Neapolitan-style pizzas, using only the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook pizzas to the highest standards, using a combination of traditional methods and modern techniques.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service, meeting the needs of our customers and exceeding their expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in Neapolitan pizza-making.
  • Contribute to the success of the restaurant, through proactive problem-solving and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pizza kitchen, with a strong understanding of Neapolitan techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for pizza-making and a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
