Overview
NeuroClin Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to lead our Patient Liaison team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team to achieve exceptional performance and results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Patient Liaison team to deliver high-quality results and meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to induct new employees into the team, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum effectiveness.
- Manage staffing schedules, including both regular and non-regular working hours, to ensure optimal team performance.
- Implement and manage hybrid working arrangements to promote flexibility and productivity.
- Ensure the team stays up-to-date with relevant information and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Optimize workflows to achieve appointment goals and improve overall team efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls and appointments, response times, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Manage staff sickness and absence, ensuring minimal disruption to team operations.
- Foster a positive and achievement-oriented team culture, encouraging collaboration and excellence.
- Participate actively in the triage team, taking calls and contributing to team tasks as needed.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the Clinical Trial Management System, promoting data integrity and quality.
- Assist in producing high-quality appointment letters and correspondence, adhering to company standards.
- Liaise regularly with the Medical Team to discuss inclusion/exclusion medications and medical conditions, sharing knowledge and updates.
- Support the maintenance of the Join Dementia Research website and associated tasks, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, upholding data protection standards.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to manage performance and attendance, providing coaching and support to team members as needed.
- Deputize for the Patient Services Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of team operations.
