About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our client, a highly successful and growing organisation with a Head Office in North Leicestershire. As part of a busy HR team, you will work on various projects, including change management and generalist people matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team with various projects, including change management and generalist people matters.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven background in a similar HR Advisory/HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience in change management projects, including redundancies and restructures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer

Up to £50,000 per annum, 6-9 month interim contract, hybrid working arrangement (3 days on-site and 2 days home per week).
