HR Business Partner Opportunity

NRS Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR operations, you will provide hands-on support and coaching for managers on investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop people solutions that meet operational needs and reduce risks
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing strategic and operational HR tasks
  • Lead HR projects from inception to successful completion, focusing on improving retention strategies and performance management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a varied caseload in a multi-site business, including TUPE
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Pragmatic approach and in-depth knowledge of employment law
  • Appropriate HR qualification and preferably CIPD membership
