Job Title: Interim HR Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join our client, a large and successful national organization, for a 6-9 month project based in North Leicestershire. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR change management and be comfortable dealing with employee relations matters and supporting change projects such as restructures and redundancies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support a busy HR Business Partner with HR change management projects, including restructures and redundancies
* Provide generalist HR support to the business, including employee relations matters
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver HR projects and initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR change management and employee relations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary up to £50,000
* 6-9 month interim contract
* Hybrid working arrangement
