As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure efficient stock management. In exchange for adhering to all company policies and demonstrating a positive work ethic, we are committed to supporting your growth and development from the outset.
Role Overview:
To excel as a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:
- Provide prompt and courteous service, assisting customers in locating their desired products
- Share your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our outstanding merchandise
- Engage in various store functions, including sales areas, stockrooms, and delivery processing
- Take initiative in your personal development

In line with Home Office guidelines, successful applicants will need to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is generally not suitable for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office skill level requirements. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own work eligibility options without sponsorship from NEXT.
