We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel. As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and seating guests according to LQA standards
  • Managing online booking systems and OpenTable app
  • Interacting and assisting guests on the floor
  • Communicating with F&B HODS and Shift Managers to maximize revenue
  • Conducting show arounds for potential clients
  • Ensuring menus are up to date and current online
  • Training new team members
  • Looking after a section of the bar and working on the Rooftop
  • Ensuring the hotel achieves Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets
