About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Marketing Specialist to join our team at Navigator. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for high-end travel and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for luxury brands, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across various platforms.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including text, image, and video, tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Craft captions and copywriting for corresponding marketing materials, as needed.
  • Community management for multiple accounts, including monitoring social media channels for customer engagement and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the search, paid, design, and client servicing teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all digital platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Run and compile performance reports for clients and internal reviews.
  • Support the team in various social media initiatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media and luxury industry trends, and integrate them into the clients' social media strategies.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about the luxury market and its unique digital marketing needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to generate creative content ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
