**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Room Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our print rooms across all three sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve print room efficiency and productivity
  • Lead and manage a team of print room staff to achieve high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and presentation in all areas of the print rooms
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a print room or operations management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
