Job Title: Luxury Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our Alderley Edge boutique. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with the buying team to ensure stock levels are optimized and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a luxury retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
