Creative Support Ltd is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, resourceful, and energetic individuals to join our Bank Team as Relief Support Workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care to service users.
- Offer financial support and assistance with daily tasks such as housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking.
- Work flexibly to cover rotas as needed, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
Requirements:
- Experience is essential for Relief Support Worker roles.
- Ability to work in a flexible manner, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Access to a vehicle is not necessary, but the ability to get to work is required.
