Target Customers: Hairdressing & Barber Shops

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and enhance customer service for designated accounts.
  • Foster growth in sales and acquire new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Support clients in expanding their business while adhering to brand standards.

Main Duties:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Introduce and promote new products and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize effective merchandising strategies to distribute promotional materials.
  • Provide guidance on the optimal use of our products.
  • Consistently offer support for clients' business development needs.
  • Engage with clients at events and meetings to strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and prompt resolution of issues.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Process daily orders efficiently.
  • Submit timely administrative reports as required.
  • Develop a strategic journey plan for client visits.
  • Prepare for meetings with a focus on objectives.
  • Manage outstanding invoices and ensure timely deposits.
  • Adhere to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Field Technical Educator to enhance growth strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all tasks.
  • Ensure company equipment is kept in optimal condition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales training is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Valid Driving License.

Experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry, is essential.
