About the Role

SKYPATH Tech Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital insurance and fintech products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in digital insurance and fintech products, including regulatory implications and best practices.
  • Perform thorough evaluations of fintech products and solutions, including new providers and expected impact, by formulating business cases using a data-driven approach.
  • Monitor and assess competition at partner, market, and product levels and ensure the company's competitiveness from the offering perspective.
  • Define business requirements for implementing new products and provide clear guidelines for cross-functional leads involved, including development.
  • Manage fintech products' onboarding, ensure business alignment amongst functions, and coordinate internal and external partners to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Oversee operational and financial payments—product performance, defining financial objectives and KPIs, and ensuring the required analytics are implemented and reflected in dashboards.
  • Manage communications with existing partners on operational and product aspects, attend quarterly business reviews to ensure they are up-to-date with new products and opportunities, and drive deriving action plans.
  • Support requests for proposals for new partners using a well-organized approach to assess whether the new partners' capabilities fit with SKYPATH Tech Recruitment's needs and tech ecosystem.
  • Work closely with data analysts to assess the performance of fintech products/solutions/partners and take corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in the fintech and travel tech industry to propose new initiatives and innovative solutions with high impact.
Requirements
  • Background in a commercial product-centric and/or business development role within a growth-oriented, fast-paced digital business, where accountability for aspirational targets is set.
  • Experience in the Fintech or/and Travel-tech (OTA, Flights, NDC, GDS's) Industry will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to independently navigate through complexities and provide clarity to a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to achieve commitment towards results.
  • Strong numerical & organizational skills combined with business understanding.
  • Data-driven/360 view thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership in a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, effectively handle multiple projects under a minimum supervision and honour deadlines.
  • Ability to act proactively, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills & excellent command of the English language.
  • High level of response & integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment with continuous changes and multiple priorities.
Work Environment

SKYPATH Tech Recruitment is a remote-based company, and this role will be based in the UK/Europe region.
