Job Summary

Venture Up is seeking a skilled Senior User Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of a major product for a public sector client. As a key member of our UX practice, you will be responsible for leading user research activities, analyzing findings, and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit participants for user research and schedule research activities to inform product development
  • Plan and lead user research initiatives across multiple products and services, leveraging a range of methodologies and techniques
  • Conduct user research to provide actionable insights that drive product creation and iteration
  • Lead the analysis and synthesis of user research findings, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and teams
  • Support Product Managers in prioritizing UX resources and aligning user research activities with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a user-centred culture and drive business growth
  • Recommend best practices and tools for understanding user needs and preferences

Requirements

  • Current or Lapsed SC Clearance
  • Experience in user research, product development, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
